We bought a modular home & the sound of footsteps was horrible. Had carpet removed and vinyl tile flooring installed. Lufkin flooring was very helpful and kept us informed thru out process. Noe did an excellent job of installing. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and clean with his work.
Noe came promptly, removed and replaced raised piece. Said floor was level, so the one plank may have been defective.
Nice store and people. Bought some vinyl plank and had one box left over and returned with no problem. Will buy there again.
